About the Role
We’re looking for someone at the start of their estimating career to join an established asbestos removal team. You might be newly qualified or coming out of a cadetship and ready to get hands-on. This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be on sites with the Operations Manager, scoping jobs, preparing costings and learning the ropes in a fast-paced, practical environment.
It’s an entry point into estimating in the environmental and demolition space, with full support to build your technical and commercial skills over time.
What You’ll Do

• Assist with cost estimates and tender submissions for asbestos removal projects
• Attend site inspections and learn how to scope jobs properly
• Complete take-offs, check project specs and gather supplier pricing
• Support smooth handovers from estimating to operations
• Keep documentation and records organised and accurate
• Build knowledge of industry regulations and estimating processes

What We’re Looking For

• Qualification (or working towards) in estimating, construction or project management
• Strong numeracy, communication and organisation skills
• Competent in Excel and/or estimating software
• Willingness to learn, ask questions and get involved
• Based in WA with capacity for occasional site travel
• Driver’s licence preferred
