The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced Residential Estimator to join our clients growing team in the north of the river location. This is a permanent, full-time role offering exposure to a diverse range of project types in a close-knit and well-structured business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate BOQs and material take-offs for residential builds
• Interpret plans, specifications, and engineering documentation
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
• Ensure estimating accuracy and maintain cost databases in Databuild

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in residential estimating (preferably single/double storey)
• Strong understanding of the WA building process
• Proficiency in Databuild (or similar estimating systems)
• High attention to detail and effective communication
