SCHEDULER

This is a full-time role, Your primary responsibility will be as follows:

• Accurately quantify and order all the materials for each project
• Prepare and manage documentation for suppliers
• Assist site supervisors with queries and responding to emails

ESTIMATOR

If you already have experience in Estimating or you’re ready to take the next step in your career, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing and progressive company.

Your primary responsibility will be to accurately create and price tenders and variations required to assist the sales team for each residential project.

The role

This is a full-time position and the successful applicant will become part of our tight-knit division while performing following tasks:
• Assist with sales quote requests
• Prepare and manage documentation for suppliers and subcontractors
• Understand project-specific requirements and provide cost-effective solutions
• Liaise with project stakeholders
• Calculate detailed costings and coordinate ordering of all quantities for a broad range of single residential, Double Storey & multi-dwelling projects.

Prerequisites
You must have at least two years scheduling or estimating experience in the residential construction sector, ideally with a Cert IV in Building and Construction. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Databuild/Truth Engine or equivalent.
