Looking to grow in the next 12 months, opportunity here to contribute to building out the department and progress into managing a team of quantity surveyors

The Role:

Work closely with the lead estimator

Communicate with clients around supply pricing, labour allowances and combined rates

Conduct initial analysis of drawings and specifications to ensure required documentation is present and determine scope of work

Research, source, negotiate and obtain the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors

Critically analyze bid documents and understand risk and opportunities and articulate those to clients through review processes

Keeping up to date with the latest regulatory and legislative requirements

Working closely with key members of the the m2 team and liaising with clients and suppliers

Ensure timely completion of tenders

Work toward managing your own clients and team of quantity surveyors
