We are currently looking for a full time Estimator to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quantity plan take-offs

Obtain quotes and liaise with suppliers

Prepare material and contractor orders

Handle amendments and variations

Prepare quotations and contracts

Assist the builder

General construction administration duties

What We’re Looking For:

Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks

Effective time management and organisational abilities

Problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Strong communication skills with suppliers and team members

Proactive with a positive attitude

Great attention to detail

Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple estimates at once

Strong understanding of residential construction methods and materials

Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans, drawings, and specifications

Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and compliance standards

Previous experience in residential building a must
