ABOUT THE ROLE & ARMITAGE JONES
Armitage Jones is a leading project management and property advisory consulting firm that works on a range of high-profile and industry-leading projects. Our vision is to transform visions into extraordinary spaces through our team of 20, who provide project management and development services.
We are seeking a friendly and proactive team administrator to join our team located in the Melbourne CBD. This is a full-time, in-office position providing administrative support to our team, along with key receptionist duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General Administrative Support:
Answer the telephone, emails and handle all incoming and outgoing mail
Photocopying, filing and typing
Assist with diary management
Organise travel bookings
Assist Project management teams with administrative tasks as required
Meetings and Visitor Support:
Greet and assist guests and external visitors professionally
Prepare and serve refreshments or coffee as needed
Assist with catering and meeting support, including but not limited to, taking meeting minutes
Manage internal meeting room bookings
Office Maintenance and Supply Management:
Order and restock general office supplies and stationery
Monitor and arrange servicing/ repairs for office equipment
Coordination of IT equipment requirements and initial contact for issues
Order and restock kitchen supplies, including coffee and refreshments
Empty dishwasher and maintain a clean, functional kitchen
Restock fridge and communal areas with necessary items
Liaise with the Building Manager on all building-related matters
Marketing & Events:
Liaise with the external marketing consultant
Assist with creative design of reports, presentations and fee proposals
Assist with website updates and social media posts
Assist with event planning
Organise in-office events and lunches
Coordinate client Christmas gifts and team birthday cakes
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a similar administrative support role
Positive, enthusiastic attitude with resourceful problem-solving skills and initiative
Innovative and lateral thinker with a collaborative approach
Pleasant and effective communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
Resourceful and able to problem-solve independently using online support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and Adobe
Experience or interest in the property development sector would be ideal
SALARY RANGE $65,000 - $75,000 (incl super)
