Andersens Aspley is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our busy and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a company that values a positive attitude, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
About the Role
As the Administration Assistant, you'll provide key support across a variety of day-to-day functions, including:
Accurate data entry, invoicing, and job processing
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
Liaising with team members, head office, customers, and suppliers
Booking appointments and responding to enquiries via phone and email
Assisting with general office operations
Conducting pre-installation phone calls with customers and installers
Applying payments and stock to jobs
Ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Following up payments
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated professional with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.
You will bring:
A friendly, professional phone manner and exceptional customer service
Strong time-management and organisational abilities
High accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and multitask
Confidence working with numbers and computers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
A quick-learning mindset and adaptability to change
A critical-thinking approach and a positive, proactive attitude
Willingness to obtain a police check
Bonus Skills (not essential):
Experience with NetSuite or similar systems
Bookkeeping experience
