The Position
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the main duties and responsibilities would include:
Coordination of EPT Customer Works; including:
Process customer purchase orders into jobs within job management system (simPRO)
Create, manage and follow-up supplier purchase orders
Job and technician scheduling and coordination, working closely with service supervisor and site contacts to confirm site attendance, delivery and ensure site access requirements are met.
Using various platforms, arranging inductions, medicals and training to maintain technicians’ compliances
Closing out jobs, ensuring all required documentation is correct before had over to accounts for invoicing
Raising customer quote requests to sales team based on service recommendations.
Providing general office support with various administrative tasks according to the needs of the business unit
Commitment to EPT’s HSEQ System including Company policies and procedures.
EPT uses simPRO software for the management of all jobs, materials, purchasing, assets, and invoicing.

Super customer service skills
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen
Desirable but not essential
Previous technical service experience would be highly valued
Experience with simPRO highly regarded
Experience in service-based industry
Hours of work are Monday to Friday starting at 7.30am to 4:00pm (40 hours per week) with addition hours over 38 accrued for monthly RDO’s.
