Scheduler – Electrical Services

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Scheduler to join our Perth CBD operations team. This is not just booking jobs — it’s a pivotal role managing contracts, leading service delivery, and driving performance across one of WA’s most important service contracts.

For the right person, this is a clear opportunity to grow into a Scheduling & Services Manager within 12–18 months, with exposure to major tenders, quoting, and KPI meetings at client level.

About Us

Brillare Electrical is a Perth-based contractor delivering electrical, HVAC, and security services across government, commercial, and residential sites. With 14 staff and major contracts in place, we’re known for our responsiveness, professionalism, and high standards.

Our operations are run from a modern office in the Perth CBD, Monday to Friday.

The Role

As our Scheduler, you will:

Take ownership of full lead management — from client enquiry through to quoting, scheduling, and conversion.

Coordinate all planned and reactive maintenance work orders across multiple teams.

Manage the Programmed Housing WA contract account, ensuring KPIs, compliance, and service delivery are consistently achieved.

Liaise daily with tradesmen, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep jobs moving.

Handle escalations quickly and professionally, protecting client relationships.

Maintain accuracy across ServiceM8, Xero, and Loc8 job systems.

Assist directors with major tenders, quotes, and KPI review meetings.

Report regularly on scheduling efficiency, contract performance, and client outcomes.

Participate in a rotating on-call roster to ensure contract coverage.

Mandatory Requirements

Applications will only be considered if you meet all of the following:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a trade-based business (electrical highly preferred).

Proven scheduling and contract management experience (variations, claims, KPIs, compliance).

Strong electrical knowledge — workflows, job types, and realistic timeframes.

Familiarity with compliance reporting requirements.

Proficiency with ServiceM8, Xero, and Looc8.

Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in high-pressure environments.

Confident communicator, capable of liaising with tradesmen, suppliers, and clients at all levels.
