We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Manager to join our dealership team. This position is responsible for ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and exceptional experience from start to finish. The successful applicant will be placed in either the Sales or Service Department, in alignment with their strengths/preferences and the business's requirements.
About the role
As the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the entire customer journey – from the moment they walk through our doors to the moment they drive away satisfied. Your role will include greeting customers, managing their check-in and check-out processes, processing invoices, and ensuring a professional and efficient experience, whether they are here for a service appointment or to purchase a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers.
Manage the check-in and check-out process for service; or
Coordinate appointments for our sales customers.
Prepare, process, and finalise invoices accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with the service and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Proactively resolve customer queries and concerns, ensuring a positive outcome.
Maintain exceptional presentation and professionalism at all times.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements where needed.

Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
