We’re seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in the Eastern Suburbs.

Property Manager for only 75 - 95 properties.

Sales if interested.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing easy portfolio with mostly 95% apartments.

Providing support to landlords and tenants.

Oversee lease administration, including tracking expiries, rent reviews, and documentation accuracy.

Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all owner and property matters.

Conducting property inspections, organising maintenance and repairs.

Handling property viewings, applications, and lease agreements.

Identifying new business opportunities to expand the property portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

Self-motivated, proactive approach.

Minimum of 3 years experience in residential property management.

Property management software experience.

Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License.

A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
