The Position
In the role of Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing 120 properties in Schofields, St Marys and Merrylands
- Landlord and tenant liaison
- Conduct rent reviews and lease renewals
- Scheduling and conducting outgoing and routine inspections
- Complete repairs and maintenance
- Rent arrears management
- Monitoring and follow up of any defects and ongoing maintenance, assigning works and ensuring work orders are completed and actioned accordingly.
- NCAT submissions and NCAT attendance
- Insurance Claims
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:
- Previous Property Management experience is a MUST
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Someone who is driven, professionally presented, confident, and customer-focused, we'd love to hear from you
- First class communication and customer service
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
- Impeccable personal presentation
- The ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
