Role Perspective:

As a Property Manager you’ll play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support to facilitate management of our clients’ investment properties overseeing their frontline Property Management Teams. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions such as leasing, insurance renewal, inspections, maintenance & warranty, coordinating with various builders, developers, property managers as well as investors, ensuring seamless communication, and facilitating operational support during the management of their investment property.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Monitor and manage task progress, allocations, and processes.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between investors, Property Managers and Real Estates, and relevant parties throughout the Property Management of their investment property.
• Address any concerns or queries promptly to maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure smooth post-construction/settlement by overseeing property management arrangements.
• Sourcing property management alternatives to suit clients' needs and expectations.
• Manage risk by overseeing insurance renewals.
• Manage investment initial leasing and lease renewal – providing advice in relation to advertising strategies, lease renewal and rent reviews.
• Assist with coordination of warranty repairs through developers as required.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and assist in resolving property management queries, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Initiate prompt communication with clients at settlement/handover to ensure smooth transition to Property Management from Construction Team.

Qualifications:

Real Estate Licence or willing to attain their Real Estate Licence.

• Proficiency in specific software/tools relevant to Property Management Industry is desirable.
• 2-3 years’ Property Management experience (preferred).
• Clear Police & Credit Report (mandatory).

Please be aware that this position is a full-time on-site role and work from home arrangements are not an option. Successful candidates must be prepared to work exclusively from the office in Wollongong, NSW.
