Our client, a well-known national franchise group with a trusted name in real estate, is on the lookout for a standout Senior Property Manager or Department Head to join their corporate team as a Property Management Specialist.

The Position:
In the role of Corporate Property Management Specialist, you will:
- Build strong relationships with business owners and property management teams through planning, reviews, and office visits
- Provide coaching and training aligned with best-practice property management standards
- Develop and support annual business plans with regular performance reviews
- Conduct regular audits and dashboard checks to monitor profitability and growth
- Assist with team recruitment, dispute resolution, and general PM support
- Deliver a full 12-month training calendar covering growth, leadership, and compliance
- Run targeted programs and clubs to support business development and networking
- Guide organic and acquisition-based portfolio growth strategies
- Stay informed and educate teams on tech updates, legislation, and market trends
- Promote and track the use of partner products and services across offices
- Coordinate award submissions, marketing campaigns, and reporting processes
- Collaborate actively with internal teams and contribute to state and national initiatives
The Person:
The ideal candidate for the role of Corporate Property Management Specialist will have:
- You MUST understand the industry inside and out, and can speak confidently about property management best practices
- Highly articulate, immaculately presented with superior relationship nurturing skills
- Impeccable time management and organisational skills
- Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
- You understand the industry inside and out, and can speak confidently about property management best practices
- You're comfortable reading and interpreting financial reports, with a good grasp of how real estate businesses operate.
- You naturally support and develop others, using a positive and empowering mindset to help people grow
- Whether it's leading a team meeting or delivering training, you're engaging, clear, and professional in front of a group
- You manage your time well, keep things tidy and on track, and take pride in your presentation
- You're reliable, accountable, and always strive to do the right thing - even when no one is watching
