The Position:
In the role of Assistant Property Manager/ Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 residential properties
- Liaise with landlords and tenants in a professional and timely manner
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, lease renewals, and compliance
- Represent landlords at NCAT when required
- Work closely with two assistants who provide support with routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
The Person:
The ideal candidate for the role of Assistant Property Manager/Property Manager will have:
- Knowledge of PropertyMe and InspectRealEstate software will be highly regarded but not essential
- Sound knowledge of the real estate processes, including legislation and regulations
- Exceptional customer service and organisational skills - a genuine focus on helping both landlords and tenants
- Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Class 2 license
- A local or good knowledge of the Wollongong market
- A real nurturer who LOVES people and will go the extra mile to make clients happy
- A stickler for detail who thrives on getting stuck into problems and nutting things out
- Someone who can work autonomously but can also smash through collaborative tasks
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
