What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, backed by clear and consistent communication.
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and compliance with care and efficiency.
• Managing lease renewals, arrears, and routine inspections with confidence and attention to detail.
• Handling final inspections and representing landlords at NCAT when required.
• Working closely with a knowledgeable and approachable Department Head who’s here to support you.
• Enjoying a manageable portfolio with no trust accounting or invoicing required.

What We’re Looking For:

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
• At least 3 years of residential property management experience—local area knowledge is a plus.
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and the confidence to liaise with a diverse range of clients.
• A proactive, organised approach with a sharp eye for detail.
• A people-first attitude with a genuine passion for property.
• A team player who thrives in a supportive, professional environment.
