The Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join our clients thriving North Shore & Northern Beaches Sydney team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the seamless management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal occupancy and rental returns for our clients. This is a full-time position based in our clients conveniently located office.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, tenant management, inspections, maintenance coordination, and end-of-lease processes

Proactively market vacant properties to secure new tenants, negotiate rental agreements, and conduct regular rental reviews

Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure high customer satisfaction

Maintain detailed records and provide comprehensive reporting on the performance of the portfolio

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the overall efficiency of property management operations

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar property management role, preferably within the residential sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Thorough understanding of relevant real estate legislation, regulations, and best practices

Proficient in using property management software and other relevant digital tools

A customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
