Now, we are looking to add a new position to Laura’s team - a Sales Administrator to help support our sales staff and customers in this sparkly mission.
With full on-the-job training provided, our priority is finding a like-minded team player who prides themselves on being a highly effective communicator.
Attention to detail is key - process-oriented and solution-based thinkers will thrive in this role. Previous experience in administration, project or process management will be an asset.
The ability to act in a supplementary sales position is also highly desirable, but not critical.
You will be on the showroom floor completing stocktakes, replenishments and other tasks, so the ability to converse with our treasured clients is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily interactions with providers, staff and customers
Stock transfers & replenishments
Stock takes
Repair trackers and follow-ups
Web order & shipment wrapping, packing and shipping
Valuations & Re-valuing
Re-pricing
Visual Merchandising
Jewellery cleaning
Re-stocking
Banking
End of month procedures
Support for the online team
Other duties outlined by the manager
As security awareness and customer confidentiality are conditions of employment you will require a Police Clearance.
