The Opportunity
You will use your personable and professional approach to support the team with managing incoming enquires, generating quotes, quote follow ups, processing sales, lead generation, general office administration, and other reports as required.

Other key duties of your role are:

Managing customer expectations

Communicating with customers regarding shipments held over

Sales reports

This is a full time office based role based in Kewdale. Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

What we’ll love about you

Previous experience in a customer service or administration role,

Experience in the transport industry is highly desirable.

Passion for customer service with strong desire to problem solve and resolve customer queries

Ability to adapt and prioritise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
