About the role

Listed Estate Agents, a leading real estate agency, is seeking a highly organised and dynamic Real Estate Sales Administrator to join their team, based in Hillarys, Perth. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the agency's team operations to ensure efficient sales administrative processes.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and processing sales documentation, such as appraisal paperwork, listing agreements, marketing and contract paperwork

Assisting with marketing and advertising tasks, including creating property flyers and managing online listings

Providing social media and marketing support to the team

Supporting the team with prospecting tasks

Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and partners

Ensuring compliance with relevant real estate industry regulations and standards

Contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the sales team

What we're looking for

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar real estate sales administration role or equivalent administrative experience

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Works smart and looks for opportunities for supporting the team and creating new business

Has to have energy and dynamism - proactive not reactive

Proficient in the use of real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and best practices

A positive attitude and the willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
