Position – Internal Sales and Admin Specialist (Immediate Start)

Reporting to – Internal Sales Manager – Justin Patterson

Location - Wangara, Western Australia

We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Internal Sales and Admin Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our business, covering a range of responsibilities including internal sales, administration, vendor management, logistics management, and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage general office operations, including attending the main switchboard phone, ordering supplies and maintaining organisation

Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed to order products and services

Maintain positive relationship with Wholesale customers

Develop quotes for simple requests utilising existing quotation tools

Engage with customers to provide order updates and payments

Engage with logistics providers (e.g., DHL) to manage deliveries and receipts

Conduct stock takes and ensure accurate inventory records

Support the management team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects

Assist with any other administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations

About You – Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role

Working understanding of ERP systems and quick ability to learn

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Fundamentals of good decision-making skills
