We’re excited to be opening a state-of-the-art rubber recycling facility, and as we approach our go-live date, we’re looking to hire an Internal Sales Representative to support our growing sales function.

In this role, you’ll work closely with both the Inbound Sales Team, who manage the intake of end-of-life rubber products, and the Outbound Business Development Manager, who is focused on identifying opportunities to sell our innovative, recycled rubber products. Together, you’ll play a key part in supporting our mission to build a circular economy and give new life to end-of-life rubber.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

· Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately

· Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system

· Collaborate with the external sales team to support account growth

· Provide product knowledge and support to existing and potential clients

· Identify and follow up on sales opportunities

· Assist with any administrative duties

· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

· A proactive and customer-first approach

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration
