Sales Administrator

Location: Claremont

Employment type: Part time, 25 hours per week (12 months maternity cover)

Remuneration: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum

About us: We are a boutique Project Marketing company specialising in high end off the plan apartment sales across Perth western and inner suburbs.

Job role: We are seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator with excellent attention to detail to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset. This role is a 12 month maternity cover role with the potential to gain valuable experience in a dynamic team environment. Ideally the right candidate will commence at the beginning of October for a 4 week handover period. This role has flexibility to work 4 days or school hours.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing and processing contracts.

· Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate client records and sales data.

· Coordinate with customers to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

· Trust accounting including receipting and transfer of reservation funds, and monthly reconciliation.

· Manage documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Providing support for various office administration tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role in real estate or property.

· Strong organisational skills.

· A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, PropertyShell).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities.

· Trust accounting experience preferred but not necessary (PropertyTree).
