With a growing customer base and a focus on design and service excellence, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Showroom Sales Support.

Role Overview

You will be the first point of contact for trade and retail clients visiting our showroom and assist in product selections and support the national sales team with client requirements. Maintaining website content, managing trade and retail product displays as well as support retail online store customers and provide general administrative support to the Customer Service Team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom & Event Support

Welcome and assist retail and trade customers, designers, and builders with product selections.

Provide expert product knowledge on tapware, showers, and bathroom accessories.

Maintain a well-presented and organized showroom environment and keep the product displays up to date.

Manage showroom bookings and Builder relationships to promote the use of the showroom as extension to their own customer selection solution.

Provide timely selection documentation to the customer and Builder

Develop showroom selection offer for National customer base using online technologies

Coordinate sample requests, displays, and product demonstrations.

Manage events and trade customer visits end to end from invitation to coordinating catering and program material to post event activities.

Website and Content Management

Assist with uploading and updating product information, images, and pricing on the company website.

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure online content aligns with current product ranges and promotions.

Monitor web enquires and responds where appropriate or direct them to the appropriate team member

Retail Store Management

Manage retail customers including online retail stores and management of quotes and product updates to keep the retail online stores up to date.

Manage retail customer email and phone enquiries

Administration & Sales Support

Assist the sales and marketing teams by preparing and maintaining up to date sales resources using existing templates

Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and document management.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales documentation.

Support inventory checks and showroom stock levels.

Answer phone calls and customer email enquiries through our website and email inbox.

Support order entry and price checking orders as required

Skills and Experience

Required:

Previous experience in a showroom, retail, or B2B customer service/sales environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

High attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Comfort with website CMS systems or a willingness to learn.

Desirable:

Knowledge of bathroom fittings, tapware, or the building products industry.

Experience with CRM systems and sales support tools.
