At our busy specialist orthodontic practice, you will be required to welcome and greet patients, make patient appointments and manage patient enquiries, manage and respond to correspondence, formulate and explain payment plans, render invoices/receipts and take payments, manage recalls and appointment details. Handling enquiries and issues with health funds, liaising with referring doctors, suppliers, couriers, dental labs and others will also be part of your work requirements, along with other general administration and reception duties.

The hours are 2-3 full days per week: Monday to Wednesday 8.45am - 5.45pm with one Saturday morning rostered approx. every 8 -10 weeks at our Doreen location.
