About the role

We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join the team at Rosewood Gardens' in Ashburton, VIC. This part-time role (Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm) will see you as the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Maintaining an organised and tidy reception area

Undertaking various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and scheduling appointments

Providing general office support as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in health industry customer-facing reception or administration role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office

A friendly, professional and helpful attitude
