Harvest has been engaged to recruit on behalf of one of Geelong’s leading Urology Surgeons. This position offers the opportunity to step into an autonomous, patient-facing role within a shared professional office in the heart of Geelong. While you’ll be part of a welcoming environment alongside Psychologists, Counsellors, and Financial Advisors, you will be the dedicated receptionist and administrative support for the Surgeon and his patients.

The role
You’ll manage patient bookings, coordinate surgical procedures (including liaising with Anaesthetists and hospitals), organise follow-up and allied health referrals, and ensure accurate patient records. The practice uses Clinic to Cloud (integrated with Eclipse for Medicare and private health claims), so confidence navigating technology is important.
