Range Physio was founded in Northcote in 2012 by a team of physiotherapists passionate about moving and feeling better. We have since built a reputation for exceptional service and consistently delivering high quality clinical outcomes for our clients. In 2020 we expanded our footprint further to the growing Northern hub of Preston, with a vision to combine Pilates, Physio and Strength and Conditioning under one roof.

About the position

We are recruiting for a receptionist to join our team on a Part Time OR casual basis at Range Physio across our Preston and Northcote locations.

Your roster will include shifts between the hours of 7.30am-8pm Monday to Friday and 8am-2pm on Saturdays. This role encompasses a range of office and administrative duties.

Tasks and responsibilities

Provide excellent service to ensure every client has an outstanding experience during every visit

Build relationships with clients and referrers

Diary management including scheduling physiotherapy, myotherapy and podiatry bookings

Provide administrative support to clinical staff

Reconcile cash EFTPOS and HICAPS

Ensure that the practice is presented in its best light, with ambiance, cleanliness and a warm and inviting feel

Make certain that the practice (waiting room, consult rooms, gym, staff room, etc) is clean, tidy and safe

Contribute to marketing activities, including the online presence of our practice, ensuring that we maintain clear and responsive two-way communication with all clients on these platforms

Qualifications and experience

A passion to assist clients achieve their goals to move and feel better

Outstanding communication skills both in person and over with phone and with a variety of different people and personalities

Experience in medical or allied health administration is highly regarded, but not essential

Ability to quickly learn new software packages

Ability to maintain a positive and energetic vibe amongst our team and with clients whilst simultaneously managing day-to-day tasks
