We’re now looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Part-Time Receptionist to join our friendly, professional team in Carlton (1 weekday + Saturdays).

Key responsibilities include:

Managing phone calls and client enquiries with warmth and professionalism

Coordinating bookings and schedules

Greeting and welcoming clients on arrival

Supporting the Clinic Coordinator & Managing Director with daily duties

Assisting clinicians, nurses, and doctors with room preparation

Recommending and retailing skincare products to clients (complete training provided)

About you

The successful candidate will be:

Articulate, professional, and well presented

A fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills

Organised, efficient, and confident in multitasking

Enthusiastic about the aesthetics and skin industry

Comfortable working within a small, supportive team

Confident in discussing and recommending products (training provided)

Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office
