We’re looking for a Senior Property Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and loves the chase of new business. If you enjoy autonomy, value flexibility, and want to feel genuinely appreciated, this could be the perfect next move.

In this role you’ll be supported by a Junior Property Manager/Leasing Agent allowing you to focus on higher-level client care, communication, and results. You’ll also provide guidance and mentorship while they assist with leasing, open homes, and inspections.

What we’re looking for:

Approximately 3 years of experience in property management.

Experience with new business development is a plus.

Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

Ability to stay motivated and positive in challenging situations.

Proficiency in Property Tree & Inspection Manager software.

Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (NSW).

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
