Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Manage repairs, maintenance, and day-to-day issues with clear communication and efficiency.
• Monitor and manage rental arrears professionally and promptly.
• Conduct inspections, lease renewals, rent reviews, and coordinate lease negotiations.
• Handle bond claims and represent the agency at NCAT hearings as required.
• Operate within a structured property management department – no trust accounting or accounts.
• Enjoy the support of leasing consultants and administration staff so you can focus on service.

About You

• Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Bring a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a residential property portfolio or supporting a property management team.
• Possess a reliable car and valid driver’s licence.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a polished and professional presentation.
• Are detail-oriented, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Have a genuine passion for property and client service, with the confidence to build strong relationships.
• Are motivated to grow professionally and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture.
