The Role:
Supported by a Junior Property Manager to assist with leasing, open inspections, applications, and references, this position allows you to focus on managing a well-maintained portfolio of 190 properties. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Consistently deliver top-tier services to both owners and tenants
• Coordinate ingoing and outgoing inspections as required
• Addressing escalated repair issues
• Managing rent increases
• Resolve escalated complaints
• No leasing, no weekend work, and no accounts, with a neat and organized portfolio to manage!

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in Property Management
• A current Real Estate License, along with a reliable car and valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with end-to-end aspects of Property Management, including tribunal processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A collaborative team player, ready to provide support when needed
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ability to thrive in a close-knit team environment
