We’re seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to step into a key role in our stunning Central Coast office, working alongside a supportive and skilled team of eight.

If you have 4+ years of experience and want to be part of a professional, down to earth team we’d love to hear from you. This is a full time role reporting to our Department Manager. With dedicated support across leasing, inspections and admin you’ll have the space to focus on delivering exceptional service.

What you'll be doing:

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including luxury apartments and homes.

Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

Oversee all aspects of property management, handle maintenance and routine inspections.

Stay up to date with industry regulations, legislation and best practices to ensure compliance.

What we're looking for:

Demonstrated expertise in Property Management.

Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (NSW).`

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Proficiency in property management software – Property Tree & Inspection Manager

Proven ability in negotiating and resolving conflict using your relationship building/managing skills.
