Key duties & responsibilities:
supporting our team with admin and workflow tasks
taking responsibility for our ASIC corporate compliance program, including establishing new entities
assisting with all other compliance processes and general firm administration
managing client communications and client onboarding
keeping systems and records accurate and organised
helping the office run smoothly while bringing your unique energy to the team.
Non-negotiables:
Experience in a similar administrative role: Previous work history in an accounting firm will be highly regarded
Experience with software: Proficiency in using the Microsoft suite of products and the ability to learn new systems easily.
Sense of humour: We believe laughter is the best medicine, especially at work.
Personality: Bring your unique personality to our team and clients.

Location: Must be based in Perth, WA. Must also be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen/Permanent resident or have full Australian working rights.
