We’re looking for a Sales and Support Manager who can build a high-performance culture, drive offline revenue growth, convert inbound leads, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service every time. You’ll lead a team located across three sites and work across both Appliance Sales and Training, partnering closely with other departments to achieve shared business goals.
Whether you’ve managed multi-site teams before or are ready to step up into a bigger leadership role, we’d love to hear from you. Salary will be based on the experience and value you bring to the role.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
• Lead, coach, and develop a sales and support team across three locations to achieve KPIs and targets
• Drive offline sales growth and maximise inbound lead conversions
• Be “hands on” in supporting customer contact and issue resolution
• Enhance customer experience by maintaining high satisfaction scores and resolving issues quickly
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Operations, and other Managers
• Implement continuous improvements to processes and efficiency
• Ensure the team is aligned with our core values
What we're looking for:
• Proven leadership experience managing teams across multiple locations
• Experience in a sales or customer support environment with a track record of achieving results
• Ability to analyse data and KPIs to drive performance improvements
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and engaged team culture
• Legal right to work in Australia
