SustainRecruit have partnered with a leading manufacturing technology organisation to recruit a Sales Support Manager to join the team. This role will support the Sales and Service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer success, relationship building, and possess a strong attention to detail.

This role would be a great fit for someone who enjoys relationship building and managing customer accounts, without cold calling or new business sales.

Location: Mulgrave
Salary: $75K - $80K Base + Super

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end renewal process ensuring timely contract creation and renewals
• Work closely with Sales Managers to identify at risk accounts and minimise churn
• Build strong relationships with the key customer stakeholders to understand their business goals, feeding insights and information back to the Sales and Service teams to drive customer experience
• Collaborate with the Sales, Service, and Admin teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

About You?

• 2+ years in a solution sales environment
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to handle complex situations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player who can work collaboratively
