Job Title: Hospitality Sales Manager – Commercial Tabletop
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hospitality Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts in the hospitality tabletop solutions sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for building strong client relationships, driving revenue, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our market share in the hospitality sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, distributors, and catering companies.
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, trade shows, and digital outreach.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Account Management
Serve as the key contact for assigned accounts, providing tailored product recommendations and solutions.
Manage client onboarding, negotiations, order processing, and after-sales support.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline development in the CRM system.
Product & Market Expertise
Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity in the hospitality and foodservice markets.
Conduct product presentations, training, and demonstrations for customers and partners.
Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to inform innovation and promotional strategies.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior leadership.
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality, tableware, or foodservice supply industry.
Proven success in building client relationships and closing high-value deals.
Strong understanding of the needs of hospitality venues, especially regarding table setting aesthetics and durability.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred
Existing relationships within the hotel, restaurant, or catering sectors.
Familiarity with premium or designer commercial brands.
Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, or procurement platforms.
