Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for building strong partnerships and driving growth?
TeleChoice, a proudly Australian MVNO with a trusted legacy since 1995, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a field-based role that plays a critical part in strengthening our retail presence and expanding our national footprint. Please note: this role requires most of your time to be spent with retail partner sites.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth across existing retail partners and accounts
Identify, pitch, and secure new retail partners to grow market share
Lead, coach, and support two state-based sales agents to consistently achieve performance targets
Build and maintain effective relationships with retail partners, the dealer support team, and head office stakeholders
Proactively address day-to-day partner issues to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional partner experience
Monitor and enforce compliance with TeleChoice operational policies and relevant regulatory requirements
Maintain detailed and accurate reporting on store visits, performance trends, and sales initiatives
About You
Proven experience in sales leadership, account management, or retail channel development
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly organised with a hands-on approach
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop field-based team members
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a partner-centric environment
Familiarity with compliance practices in the telecommunications or regulated sectors
Willing and able to spend approximately four days per week traveling to and working directly with retail partners, with one day per week based at head office
