This Docklands-based office fitout specialist delivers premium, fast-turnaround workspaces for some of Melbourne’s most well-known brands. Their growth has been built on one thing relationships and now they’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to drive the next wave.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Build and manage relationships across tenant reps, property, and commercial networks

Identify and convert new business opportunities into D&C engagements

Present the company’s methodology and value proposition to key decision-makers

Support bid submissions and contribute to client-facing proposals and marketing

Track and report pipeline activity through the CRM

Act as the bridge between the client and project team to ensure a seamless delivery

WHO YOU ARE

Strong background in sales, business development, or client relations

Well-presented, articulate, confident comfortable with senior stakeholders

Familiar with D&C methodology and commercial fitout processes

Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially sharp

Experience in commercial interiors, construction, or working with tenant reps is highly valued
