About the Role

You’ll be the face of the business, responsible for driving client engagement with tenant representatives and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Relations

Build and manage relationships across design, property, and commercial networks

Identify and convert new business opportunities into D&C engagements

Present the company’s methodology and value proposition to key stakeholders

Support bid submissions and contribute to client-facing marketing materials

Track and report sales pipeline activity via CRM

About You

Solid sales/business development experience

Well-presented, articulate, and confident, engaging with senior stakeholders

Familiarity with D&C project methodology and commercial build processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Solid organisational skills with attention to detail

Experience with commercial interiors, construction and working with tenant representatives preferred
