Reliance Werribee - We are searching for a Business Development Manager (Rentals) looking to join our dynamic organisation with all the most up to date cloud based system and great working environment.

This role will be focused on growing the rental portfolio whilst working alongside the property management team.

Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Generate leads through effective prospecting & nurturing a database of potential investors

Develop and implement business development strategies to attract and retain clients

Meet goals and targets for business development to meet the growth plans for the department

Follow up rental referrals and leads from the sales team

Complete the end-to-end leasing process for new managements

Conduct open and private inspections

Manage the new business portfolio before handing over to a Property Manager

Support the Property Management team when required

The ideal applicant will have:

Minimum qualification of Victorian Agents Representative Certificate / Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

Proven experience in Business Development and rent roll growth

High-level negotiation and sales skills

Ability to work under high-pressure with high attention to detail

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, with diverse backgrounds

Must have a valid drivers license

Must be willing to provide a valid Police Check
