The Opportunity:

We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to take charge of a office fit out in Sydney’s west. The project offers an immediate start and represents a great opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on a high-profile job.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries

Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget, liaising closely with the Project Manager

Maintain and update the construction program, providing regular progress reports

Work alongside the commercial team to identify variations and support claims

Oversee and enforce site safety and compliance, including inductions and audits

Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout delivery

About You:

Proven experience in commercial or retail fit outs/refurbishments

Prior exposure to Hospitality projects is a strong advantage

Strong leadership and site management skills with a keen eye for detail

Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and subcontractor coordination

Sound knowledge of OH&S regulations and practices

Trade background preferred but not essential

Client-focused mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
