Evolve Talent are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee school refurbishment and fit-out project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of school fit-out and refurbishment sites
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, deliveries, and site logistics
• Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
• Implement and maintain safe site practices and compliance standards
• Liaise with stakeholders including builders, principals, contractors, and consultants
• Conduct daily site inductions, toolbox talks, and quality checks

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out or refurbishment projects
• Carpentry or construction trade background (Cert III or higher preferred)
• Strong understanding of WHS standards, particularly on live school sites
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
• White Card, valid driver's licence, and full PPE
• Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
