✅ About the Role

Anchoring Rope and Rigging is looking for an experienced Site Team Leader to oversee Hulk Earth Anchor installations on construction and civil sites. You’ll lead a small crew, run day-to-day site ops, and work alongside project managers to deliver safe, high-quality work.

🔨 Key Duties

Lead on-site crews for anchor installs

Operate and supervise hydraulic/pneumatic driving gear

Manage site setup, safety checks, and task allocation

Communicate with clients, PMs, and other trades

Complete daily reports and job documentation

👷‍♂️ What You’ll Bring

Site leadership or Leading Hand experience

Solid background in construction or civil groundworks

Experience with Hulk or other earth anchor systems (ideal)

White Card – required

Driver’s licence and Excavator licence – required

Rigging/Dogging tickets, WAH, or small plant tickets – bonus
