Are you a seasoned Site Manager with a strong track record in delivering large-scale commercial projects?

We’re working with a highly regarded head contractor who is kicking off a landmark $30M warehouse development in Sydney’s Northern Beaches and are seeking a Site Manager with solid experience in managing external structures and overall site coordination.

About the Role:
You’ll be taking the lead on-site, overseeing all aspects of the build from groundworks through to completion. With a strong focus on the external structure, including concrete panels, structural steel, roofing, and external pavements. You will be running the project, ensuring the program stays on track, quality remains high, and safety is never compromised.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full site management of a commercial warehouse build valued at $30M
• Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure work is delivered to program, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Lead site meetings, manage daily reporting, and liaise with consultants and engineers
• Strong focus on structural elements, external works, and services coordination

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager on commercial/industrial projects
• Proven background delivering complex external structures – precast, steel, roofing, facades, etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and scheduling skills
• Ability to manage a site team, drive productivity, and maintain a safe working environment
• Trade background or construction-related qualifications highly regarded
