Contract Site Manager – Combustible Façade Replacement

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Contract Site Manager to oversee a combustible façade upgrade on a live building in Sydney.

This role will see you manage the full replacement of non-compliant cladding, working closely with subcontractors, consultants, residents, and the client to ensure a safe and smooth delivery. The builder has a strong pipeline of remedial and façade upgrade work, so there’s opportunity for longer-term engagements for the right person.

Scope of Works:

• Removal of combustible cladding and installation of compliant façade systems
• Working in a live, occupied residential environment
• Coordination of access systems (scaffolding, swing stages, ewp's, etc.)
• Sequencing works to minimise disruption to residents and ensure safety compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in façade/cladding replacement or remedial projects
• Experience managing live sites with sensitive stakeholders (residents, strata)
• Ability to drive programs, manage trades, and maintain high safety standards
• Familiarity with BCA compliance and combustible cladding rectification
• Trade background or construction qualification preferred
• Available to start within the next 1–2 weeks

• Duration: 3–6 months with potential for extension
• Rate: Competitive hourly rate
