We’re currently looking for an experienced Site Manager who can lead onsite delivery, drive productivity, and maintain high standards across projects.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, leadership role for someone who can take ownership of a project from start to finish. You’ll act as the key point of contact on site—managing trades, overseeing timelines, ensuring safety compliance, and contributing to a high-performing and positive site culture.

You must also be able to assist with carpentry works on site as needed to support delivery and help maintain project timelines.

Pay Rate:
$65 per hour (ABN contractor basis)

Ongoing, full-time workload with an active pipeline of projects.

What You’ll Do

Oversee day-to-day site operations from start to finish

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and labour

Conduct daily walk-throughs, toolbox talks, and safety inspections

Monitor timelines and project deliverables, resolving issues as they arise

Communicate confidently and professionally with trades and the project team

Maintain accurate site diaries, WHS compliance, and regular updates to management

Attend and contribute to weekly site meetings

Perform carpentry tasks as required to support site progress

Ensure site presentation, cleanliness, and quality at all times

What We’re Looking For

Experience in commercial fitouts from beginning to end is essential

Trade background (preferably carpentry)

Strong leadership skills and ability to confidently manage and direct trades

Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused

Strong understanding of WHS regulations and site safety

White Card and driver’s license required

Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with clients, suppliers, and the wider team
