Are you a detail-obsessed Site Manager with a passion for delivering architecturally crafted homes? We’re looking for a hands-on construction leader to join a boutique builder renowned for delivering some of NSW’s most iconic residential projects—valued between $3M and $15M.

About the Role: You’ll take full ownership of one project at a time, working alongside some of Australia’s leading architects and craftspeople. From bespoke concrete structures and rammed earth walls to integrated home automation and millimetre-perfect joinery—no two builds are the same.

�� Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end site management of high-spec residential projects
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, engineers, and consultants
• Interpret complex architectural and structural plans
• Maintain impeccable safety, quality, and program standards
• Liaise with architects and clients in a collaborative, solutions-focused way

• 5–10+ years as a Site Manager on architecturally designed homes
• Trade background (carpentry preferred) with a keen eye for detail
