As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You’ll also support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Maintain reception area and ensure it reflects the brand’s image
Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation
Support marketing and tourism campaign logistics when needed
Coordinate courier deliveries and incoming mail
Liaise with internal departments and external partners
Requirements
Availability to start immediately
Must be legally eligible to work in Australia
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional presentation and customer service mindset
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
