Administration Assistant
Muswellbrook Community Corrections,
Hunter District, Corrective Services NSW
Location- Muswellbrook
Employment type- Full time ongoing 35 hours per week (Flexible working hours)
Salary -$75,728 - $82,329pa, plus super and leave loading (Clerk Grade 1/2)

Your role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform administrative and reception services to internal and external clients to support the delivery of quality services for the organisation. You will also undertake a range of administrative support services relating to the business, including non-complex client matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, taking minutes, maintaining electronic and file records and support with meetings and events.
What you'll do
Ability to collate information to support the development of accurate documentation and reports, including in relation to assets.
Ability to update records and databases, complying with records management processes to ensure information is accurate and is stored correctly and accessibly.
Applicants with previous administration experience and ability to demonstrate a high level of computer skills including Microsoft Office suite as well as competency in applications such as record management systems is desirable.
The ability to learn and grow in the role will be important in terms of understanding the role.
